Intermediate services are carried out at 1 year (15,000km), 3 years (45,000k), 5 years (75,000km) etc.
They generally include the replacement of:
Engine oil and engine oil filter
Screenwash top-up
Cabin Air Filter (recommended)
Inspection of:
Tyre wear, tyre pressure, brake condition, suspension, steering, drivetrain,12V battery, exhaust, exterior lights, fluid levels and more.
Lubrication of:
Door and bonnet hinges
Intermediate services usually take between 60-90 minutes.

Full Service
Full services are carried out at 2 years (30,000km), 4 years (60,000k), 6 years (90,000km) etc.
They vary a lot depending on the age/mileage of the vehicle. They can include the replacement of:
Engine oil and engine oil filter
Screenwash top-up
Cabin Air Filter
Air Filter
Brake Fluid
Key batteries
Transmission / Differential oil
Spark plugs
Hybrid battery air filter
Inspection of:
Tyres, brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain,12V battery, exhaust, exerior lights, fluid levels
Lubrication of:
Door and bonnet hinges
Full services usually take between 2-3 hours.
